The first annual Christmas Jazz on the Green Festival at the Miami Baptist Church grounds will be held on Sunday December 13th, 2009. This Christmas Jazz festival brings the best in smooth jazz music, great food, refreshments and fun activities for the children. Come and take part of the tree lighting during the concert as well. This event is open to the public and over 2,000 people with purchased tickets are expected to attend.
We are collecting new unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program sponsored by the United States Marine Corp. This program provides a Christmas gift to a needy child in our community and we are proud to contribute to this cause.
